1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address and name when you create an account, URLs and text content you submit for analysis, and payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Creem). We also collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, and interaction logs to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the SAG analysis service, process payments and manage your account, cache analysis results to improve response times, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Analysis results are stored in our database and cached temporarily (up to 1 hour) to improve performance. We never store raw API keys — only secure hashes. Content you submit for analysis is sent to the model providers listed in the next section in order to produce your report, and is not shared with anyone beyond them. If you press Share on a report, that report — including the rewritten version of your content — is published at a public link that anyone can open and a search engine can index, until you delete the analysis.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SAG: - Clerk for authentication - Supabase for data storage - Upstash Redis for caching and rate limiting - Creem for payment processing - Resend for service email - Vercel for hosting, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — for privacy-friendly usage analytics - OpenRouter, which sends each analysis to the first model available from a fixed preference order: Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Z.ai or Qwen. Content you submit may therefore be processed by any of these providers, including providers based outside the EU and the United States. - BetaList and Product Hunt, whose award badges are images loaded from their servers in our footer. Every page view therefore sends your IP address, browser and the page you are on to those two sites. This happens on page load and is not covered by the cookie choice above. - IndexNow, when you use one-click submission: the URLs you submit are sent to the participating search engines. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of all data we hold about you. You can delete your account from the history page at any time: this removes your analyses, monitors, generated content, API keys and purchase records, and then removes the login itself. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; unused analyses are not refunded. To exercise any other right, contact us using the information below.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Usage analytics load only if you accept them in the cookie banner — choosing essentials only means none are loaded at all. We use no advertising cookies. Third-party services integrated into our platform may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of SAG after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
