Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SAG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SAG is a content visibility analysis tool that evaluates content across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) dimensions. The service provides scores, actionable recommendations, and AI-powered content rewrites.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Running an analysis requires a paid plan — either a single stackable analysis or a monthly plan with a set number of analyses. Current prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page.
4. Payment and Refunds
Two options are offered: a single analysis, bought once and stackable, and a monthly plan with a set number of analyses. Current prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page. Both carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase; refund requests after 7 days are handled case by case. A monthly plan may be cancelled at any time. A single analysis is a one-off purchase and there is nothing to cancel.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SAG to: - Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content for analysis - Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API - Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the analysis algorithms - Resell access to the service without authorization - Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The SAG service, including its analysis algorithms, UI design, and documentation, is owned by us. Analysis results generated for your content belong to you. AI-generated rewrites are provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and using them appropriately.
7. Limitation of Liability
SAG is provided "as is" without warranty. Some findings are measured: the crawler-access, sitemap, canonical and noindex checks read your site's own files and response headers. Others — including scores, recommendations and rewrites — are produced by AI models and should be treated as guidance rather than definitive assessments. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of either. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the history page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: your analyses, monitors, generated content, API keys and purchase records are removed, and then the login itself. Unused analyses are not refunded. Records we are required by law to keep, such as payment records for tax purposes, are retained for as long as the law requires.
